The purpose of a newsletter or ezine is to build relationships with your clients and potential clients. Typically, you’ll want to send out a newsletter weekly or bi-weekly. Always offer something of value, rather than just trying to make a sale. Write an informative article, a helpful tip in your area of expertise, an interesting observation, or send links to other articles or sites you believe will interest your audience. You can then throw in your special promotions or offers.

Here’s what we’ll do:

• Send out your newsletter on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Just send us the copy.
• Proof it.
• Format it in your email marketing software.
• Spam-proof it
• Test it
• Send to your list on the date and time you specify.
